Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations in our Dubai office. The role will involve recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, certificates and handle visa applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Coordinate medical tests, Emirates ID applications and track work‑permit expiry dates.
• Process leave applications, attendance records and assist with payroll input.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and address HR policy queries.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and track mandatory certifications (OHC, BFH, PIC, First Aid, Fire Safety).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR functions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to handle confidential information.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS systems.
