About the role
This position offers a UAE National technology professional the chance to join a lean, high‑performing IT team that manages a broad portfolio of enterprise applications. You will work across application support, development, project delivery, vendor management and governance, gaining exposure to a wide range of systems and senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Support, maintain and enhance a portfolio of 30+ business applications and technology solutions.
- Deliver system upgrades, enhancements, testing and full application lifecycle activities.
- Participate in application development, coding, debugging and performance optimisation.
- Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners and service providers.
- Assist technology projects, implementations and business improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, governance controls, audit readiness and compliance standards.
- Provide user support, knowledge transfer and training across business applications.
Required profile
- UAE National.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting enterprise or business applications.
- Strong understanding of software development, databases and Windows/Linux environments.
- Experience with ERP, HRMS or similar enterprise platforms.
- Technical certifications such as ITIL, cloud or DevOps are advantageous.
