Assistant Manager – Learning and Development (National Talent)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Learning and Development will support Jumeirah Al Naseem’s National Talent team in shaping and delivering the group’s learning strategy. Based in the iconic beachfront resort, the role focuses on building leadership pipelines, designing training solutions and ensuring compliance with HR learning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing the corporate Learning and Development strategy to foster talent development and align with the group’s vision.
• Support the development of leadership programmes, including coaching and mentoring initiatives for high‑potential employees.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of training needs across the organisation and help design effective learning programmes for all employee levels.
• Assist in managing compliance with HR processes related to learning and development, ensuring consistency across business units.
• Collaborate in creating e‑learning courses, workshops, individual development plans and career path frameworks in line with industry best practices.
• Support the evaluation and reporting of training effectiveness to ensure talent management meets business requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field from an accredited university.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification.
• Relevant experience in learning and development, talent management or HR within a hospitality or similar environment.
