Assistant Manager – Leasing (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Leasing to join Dubai Holding Asset Management. The role supports the retail leasing function across a portfolio of landmark destinations, ensuring smooth lease administration and tenant acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation by providing inputs on vacant units, timelines, terminations and non‑renewals.
• Coordinate with the collections team to ensure accurate and timely rent, deposit and leasing fee payments.
• Handle general administrative duties such as document signing, file setup and routine correspondence.
• Support the Head of Retail Leasing and other departments to ensure new tenant proposals comply with company guidelines and budgets.
• Work with the Legal department to prepare standardized tenancy contract templates in line with federal law.
• Track lease contracts, compile lease summaries and liaise with clients for timely approvals.
• Source prospective tenants, generate leasing leads and negotiate deals from inception to execution.
• Maintain lease file accuracy, both physical and database, and keep the lease document management system up‑to‑date.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, including property performance and lease negotiation recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of relevant leasing or retail experience, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of the local retail market and trends.
• Solid financial management and business acumen with experience in revenue and cost analysis.
• Advanced analytical abilities and proficiency in preparing budgets and reports.
