About the role

The Roaming Superintendent oversees day‑to‑day operations and maintenance across multiple DP World properties in Dubai, ensuring compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards while delivering efficient service to tenants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance activities across multiple properties.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise on‑site staff, contractors, and service providers, ensuring work meets required standards.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and provide on‑site problem‑solving support.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to ensure property upkeep.
• Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control for property maintenance and operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and facilities.
• Support sustainability initiatives and efficiency improvements in property operations.
