General Manager (Multi-Asset)

About the role

The General Manager (Multi-Asset) will oversee the overall retail asset operations, develop management strategies and ensure high‑quality service standards while driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the asset’s P&L, Capex and Opex and report regularly on financial, sales, marketing, operational and personnel performance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly retail asset management reports.
• Oversee asset maintenance, aesthetics, services and safety by coordinating cleaning, security, facilities management, waste management, pest control and other service providers.
• Provide sustainability analysis for retailers and support the leasing department in optimizing tenant mix.
• Collaborate with tenants and the marketing team to increase footfall and sales.
• Work with development and project management teams to plan, execute and complete projects.
• Conduct market research and produce retail trade, sales and competition analysis reports.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of progressive experience in shopping‑mall or destination management, multi‑site operations or commercial property management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Economics; Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
