Assistant Manager Logistics Operations

About the role

As an Assistant Manager you will own the performance of logistics operations, overseeing the bicycle and electric‑vehicle fleet as well as tMart activities in Dubai. You will work independently, ensure compliance and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve fleet efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for the mixed fleet of bicycles and EVs, defining road‑maps with stakeholders.
• Track, analyse and report fleet performance metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Ensure compliance at tMarts through regular visits, monitoring rider attendance and enforcing protocols.
• Identify recurring operational challenges and drive long‑term solutions, leveraging automation and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Performance, 3PL and Rider Lifecycle teams to resolve systemic issues and align priorities.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team, fostering ownership, clear communication and alignment across city‑level operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in operations, preferably in last‑mile delivery, e‑commerce or mobility tech.
• Proven track record of managing on‑ground teams and working across functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
