Assistant Manager – Sourcing (Procurement)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Sourcing to join our procurement team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing MRO and indirect procurement for industrial products and maintenance services across sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals, manufacturing and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement activities for MRO and indirect requirements.
• Source industrial products, plant equipment and maintenance services from approved suppliers.
• Handle facility management procurement and AMC contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to achieve cost‑effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project timelines and procurement objectives.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate commercial terms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• B.Tech degree (mandatory).
• 3–8 years of relevant procurement and sourcing experience.
• Strong background in MRO and indirect procurement.
• Experience in industrial sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals, manufacturing or engineering.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
