Assistant Manager Wealth Support (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a motivated UAE national to join its Wealth Management division as an Assistant Manager Wealth Support. The role leads the investment support team, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality service for investment advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the investment support team, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with investment advisors to address their operational and administrative needs promptly.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost effectiveness and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, audit standards and risk management expectations.
• Assist advisors in preparing client reports, presentations and related documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues impacting client service and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in investment management or operations are preferred.
• Proven experience in investment support or a similar operational role with team‑leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, support processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
