Assistant Marketing Manager – Multi‑Property

About the role

The Multi‑Property Assistant Marketing Manager supports the sales team in generating and managing sales opportunities for the Ritz‑Carlton property in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships and ensuring smooth turnover for service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in soliciting and handling sales opportunities and ensure proper turnover for service delivery.
• Support day‑to‑day sales activities, including participating in sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips and trade shows.
• Build and maintain relationships with off‑property sales channels, internal stakeholders and community partners to generate future bookings.
• Prepare proposals, draft contracts and manage customer correspondence for booked business.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity and target customer information to help achieve personal and location revenue goals.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 2 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Understanding of market dynamics, competitor strengths and economic trends.
