Assistant Production Manager – Events & Entertainment

About the role

The Assistant Production Manager – Events & Entertainment supports the Entertainment team in delivering high‑quality, seamless experiences for guests at a state‑of‑the‑art theme park and related retail environments across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Entertainment and cross‑functional teams to ensure production value and performance standards.
• Operate the daily Entertainment Programme, coordinating schedules and resources for a financially efficient operation.
• Source vendors, manage bidding, negotiate contracts, and handle scope changes.
• Provide on‑site management and operational coverage for entertainment events and external activations.
• Lead special events, including marquee and seasonal celebrations.
• Prepare progress reports, maintain vendor relationships, and interface with other departments.
• Maintain entertainment‑owned assets, ensuring tidy warehouses, green rooms, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Assemble production books and documentation for operational use and archiving.
• Create and update installation, de‑rig, and event‑run schedules, communicating changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain event calendars, asset inventories, and long‑term planning systems.
• Support environmental, health, and safety compliance throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing entertainment or event productions.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities across multiple departments.
• Ability to handle vendor negotiations and contract administration.
• Attention to detail in asset and inventory management.
