Assistant Retail Brand Manager – Luxury Fashion (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Retail Brand Manager to support the day‑to‑day management and development of our luxury fashion brands in Dubai. The role combines retail operations, marketing coordination and brand stewardship, offering a fast‑paced environment for a candidate passionate about luxury fashion.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Brand Manager with daily brand and retail activities.
• Monitor store performance, sales results, KPIs and stock levels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Coordinate with boutiques, retail teams and head offices.
• Assist with seasonal launches, collections, promotions and retail activations.
• Help with merchandising and product performance analysis.
• Liaise with marketing, PR, events and influencer activities as needed.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across stores.
• Communicate with international brand principals and suppliers.
• Support team coaching, product information, deliveries and stock requirements.
• Assist with seasonal buying and conduct competitor and market research within the UAE luxury retail sector.
• Follow up on deadlines, meetings, presentations and ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fashion, luxury retail, brand management or a similar commercial role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge and genuine interest in the luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence working with sales figures and KPIs.
• Fluent English; Italian is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
