Assistant Training Development Manager – Security Administration

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Training Development Manager – Security Administration to support its Security Department as the integrated resort prepares to open in early 2027. The role will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes that ensure security personnel meet the highest standards of safety, service and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structured training programmes, lesson plans, SOPs and instructional materials for the Security Department.
• Deliver classroom, practical and scenario‑based training sessions, including emergency response exercises.
• Conduct training needs assessments and work with Security Operations to address gaps and emerging risks.
• Oversee quality assurance of all training outputs, ensuring consistency across delivery teams.
• Maintain training records, certifications and compliance documentation in line with UAE regulations.
• Support onboarding of new security staff and provide coaching to trainers and supervisors.
• Collaborate with SOC, Risk & Safety, HR and external partners to align training with operational needs.
• Contribute to e‑learning and blended learning development and provide rapid training support during major events.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in security training, instructional design or related fields.
• Associate degree or higher in Security, Training & Development, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as Fire Warden or Instructor‑level qualifications.
• Strong understanding of UAE security regulations and industry best practices.
