Associate Consumer Insights

About the role

The Associate Consumer Insights role sits within Bain’s AI, Insights & Solutions team, part of the Digital Capabilities practice. You will work alongside research, design, analytics and product experts to deliver high‑quality primary research that informs strategic decisions for clients across Europe and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute primary market and user research using quantitative, qualitative or mixed‑method approaches.
• Collect data, synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for Bain case teams and clients.
• Collaborate with strategy, value‑proposition design, customer‑experience, and private‑equity project teams.
• Contribute to the evolution of Bain’s research capabilities, including the integration of human‑AI collaboration techniques.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in primary research methods.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary, client‑facing teams.
• Interest in leveraging data and AI to generate business insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly.
