Brand & Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

At Al Ghurair Property Management, the Brand & Social Media Marketing Specialist will lead and shape marketing campaigns across the business portfolio, focusing on brand marketing and organic social media.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to lead and shape all marketing campaigns across the business portfolio with a focus on brand marketing and organic social media.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
• Oversee planning and execution of multi‑channel campaigns (events, PR, OOH, digital, social, print and web) for consistency and impact.
• Track, measure and analyse campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Ensure brand messaging and tone cohesion across all platforms and portfolio.
• Manage website and email communication strategies for acquisition and retention.
• Oversee social media for 15 channels across the property portfolio, delivering high‑quality engaging content.
• Coordinate offline marketing efforts including PR, OOH, DOOH, brochures and other collateral.
• Organise and manage internal and external events aligned with marketing goals.
• Manage third‑party agencies and vendors to deliver projects on brief, on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related qualification.
• 4+ years of experience in a B2C marketing department.
