Associate – Development Marketing

About the role

The Associate – Development Marketing will support Aldar Development’s real‑estate marketing initiatives by creating compelling visual assets and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. This role blends graphic design expertise with a solid understanding of the real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Create brochures, flyers, advertisements and other print collateral to promote properties and services.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use of colors, fonts and imagery.
• Design digital assets such as social media graphics, email templates, website banners and online ads.
• Produce engaging presentations for client meetings, property pitches and investor briefings.
• Generate visual content for social media and email campaigns to attract and engage audiences.
• Monitor design trends and competitor marketing strategies to keep materials fresh and competitive.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, broker teams and external agencies to deliver designs that meet project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of graphic design experience, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Proven experience managing integrated campaign deliverables and digital design assets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field; MBA/BSc/BA in Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
