About the role

Fitch Learning is seeking an Associate Director to join its Data Science Training faculty in Dubai. You will design and deliver high‑impact learning programs for financial institutions, regulators, and multinational corporations, helping professionals develop practical data science and analytics expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver data science, analytics, and machine‑learning training across virtual, in‑person, and blended formats.
• Create engaging learning assets such as presentations, hands‑on exercises, case studies, and assessments.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, market‑relevant learning experiences.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of the technical training portfolio.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and client‑facing teams to tailor solutions for specific client needs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and incorporate feedback to enhance learner outcomes.
• Support business development by providing subject‑matter expertise for proposals and client discussions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic with the ability to deliver training in Arabic.
• Strong subject‑matter expertise in data science, analytics, statistics, or machine learning.
• Proven experience designing and delivering technical training for professional audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse learner groups.
