Associate - International Banking & Finance

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to join our International Banking and Finance team in Dubai, supporting the growth of our debt capital markets practice. The role involves working on both conventional and Sharia‑compliant capital market transactions, from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the management of capital market transactions, including drafting prospectuses, listing documents and transaction agreements.
• Prepare and review facility agreements, security documents and other banking mandates.
• Support structured products and derivatives mandates, contributing to product development and client interaction.
• Coordinate due‑diligence processes and liaise with multidisciplinary teams and regulators.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in international banking and finance.
• Proven ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively in a close‑knit office.
• Strong transactional track record with exposure to debt capital markets.
• Interest in developing client relationships and contributing to the firm’s growth.
