Associate Manager - E-Commerce

About the role

The Associate Manager – E‑Commerce will help shape IFFCO Group’s online commerce strategy across multiple sub‑channels, including grocery marketplaces, bricks‑and‑clicks, and pure‑player platforms. You will be responsible for forecasting, financial planning, and driving sales growth while collaborating with key e‑retailers and internal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute IFFCO’s e‑commerce strategy across grocery marketplaces, bricks‑and‑clicks, and pure‑player channels.
• Lead forecast accuracy, yearly financial and volume planning, and monitor day‑to‑day order, payment, and logistics performance.
• Manage relationships with key e‑retailers (Amazon, Noon, etc.), ensuring product availability, trade‑marketing execution, and data‑driven performance analysis.
• Develop joint business plans with e‑commerce partners and drive financial profitability through trade‑spend and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to innovate and improve the shopper’s path to purchase.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of e‑commerce sales or key‑account management experience in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience managing Amazon and/or Noon accounts, either from the brand or marketplace side.
• Experience in FMCG, preferably food, is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA desirable).
