Associate Merchandise Planner – Level Shoes

About the role

The Associate Merchandise Planner will support the Own Brand footwear business by driving sales, profitability and inventory performance. Working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, you will translate range plans into on‑time, profitable stock across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales plans and Open‑to‑Buy (OTB) budgets in collaboration with buying and finance teams.
• Execute range and assortment planning for Level Shoes, ensuring optimal product mix.
• Own the critical path for stock delivery, managing lead‑times and inventory levels.
• Analyse sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights and improve performance.
• Coordinate with merchandising, logistics and retail teams to align stock availability with market demand.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) experience in merchandise or inventory planning, preferably in footwear or luxury retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, multi‑channel environment.
