Associate Operations – Partner Shop Support

About the role

The Associate Operations role supports partner shops by improving their operational performance through training, process optimisation and close collaboration with Operations and Quality Assurance teams. You will work on identifying gaps, delivering training and ensuring the right technology tools are in place.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs of partner shops and create weekly/monthly training schedules.
• Deliver training sessions on company policies, operating procedures and customer‑service standards.
• Monitor shop performance post‑training, track improvements and report findings to the Head of Operations.
• Analyse operational processes, pinpoint inefficiencies and prioritise high‑impact improvements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end shop launch process, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Identify and evaluate new technology solutions that enhance shop operations.
• Ensure all technical equipment (tablets, desktops, etc.) used by shops functions correctly.

Required profile

• Excellent presentation, public speaking and communication skills.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a good understanding of technology solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
