Associate – Unsecured Policy

About the role

This full‑time Associate position supports the unsecured retail credit policy function at ADIB in Sharjah. It is open exclusively to fresh UAE national graduates and offers end‑to‑end exposure to the credit cycle, from sourcing and approval to collections.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Post‑Approval Reviews in line with approved processes and ensure compliance with local and internal regulations.
• Review Daily Disaster Reports, flagging any regulatory breaches.
• Update, track, and test policy changes to assess product performance.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all policy modifications.
• Communicate policy decisions clearly across relevant units and document outcomes.
• Ensure delegation and deviation matrices are correctly applied.
• Complete the policy department RCSA on schedule and perform required testing.
• Analyze MIS data to monitor portfolio risk, validate credit policies, and assess policy impact.
• Coordinate with the IT team to develop automated policy parameters and reporting logic.
• Review collections for top delinquent accounts and identify drivers of delinquency.
• Perform portfolio reviews, understanding mix, expatriate vs. UAE, salary‑transfer vs. non‑salary‑transfer, and basic performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fresh UAE national graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or a related field.
• Any internship experience, even if not within the banking sector.
