Audio Visual Technician – Dubai

About the role

Accor is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Audio Visual Technician to join its dynamic team in Dubai. You will be the technical backbone for a variety of events, meetings, and guest experiences, ensuring flawless audio‑visual delivery across the hotel’s venues.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and dismantle professional AV equipment for meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, entertainment events and special functions.
• Operate sound, lighting, projection, video systems and LED displays during live events to guarantee optimal audio and visual quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of all AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with microphones, speakers, mixers, projectors, LED screens, video‑conferencing systems and related hardware.
• Provide on‑site technical support for VIP guests, executive meetings and high‑profile events.
• Coordinate with Events, Banquets, Entertainment, IT and Engineering teams to meet technical requirements on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance activities and repairs.
