Auto Mechanic – Fleet Maintenance

About the role

Dr. Nutrition is seeking a reliable Auto Mechanic to join its Fleet Department in the UAE. The mechanic will ensure the company’s fleet of passenger cars and light commercial vans remains operational by performing routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle servicing, including engine oil and filter changes.
• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical faults.
• Service and refill vehicle air‑conditioning systems.
• Replace brake pads, brake components and basic electrical parts such as lights.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Purchase and manage spare parts, consumables and essential oils as required.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic.
• Fluent in English or Arabic.
• Experience with passenger vehicles and light commercial vans.
• Strong knowledge of engine maintenance, brakes, suspension and vehicle diagnostics.
• Experience with air‑conditioning servicing and gas refilling.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs independently.
• Good understanding of workshop safety practices.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
