Aviation Fuel Operator

About the role

The Aviation Fuel Operator ensures safe, efficient and compliant receipt, storage, handling and refuelling of aviation fuel at airport facilities in Dubai. You will work on the apron, operating refuelling vehicles and equipment while adhering to international aviation standards and HSEQ requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Operate refuelling vehicles and equipment safely on the airport apron and perform aircraft refuelling/defuelling in line with company and aviation standards.
• Receive, inspect and transfer aviation fuel from tankers, operate fuel storage, hydrant and distribution systems, and conduct fuel quality checks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, complete fueling, inspection and operational documentation.
• Perform routine checks on fueling vehicles and equipment, report defects and coordinate maintenance.
• Follow all airport, regulatory, HSEQ and company safety procedures, report incidents and support emergency response.
• Attend required operational and safety training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary Certificate, Technical Diploma or Vocational Qualification.
• 2‑3 years of experience in aircraft refuelling, aviation fuel operations or fuel handling.
• Valid UAE Manual Light Vehicle Driving License (mandatory); UAE Heavy Vehicle License (Category 4) is an advantage.
• Good command of English and basic MS Office skills.
