Banking Sales Executive – Financial Products

About the role

The Banking Sales Executive will promote and sell banking financial products, including credit cards and personal loans, to a diverse client base in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sell credit cards and personal loan products to existing and new customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify new leads through referrals, corporate appointments, and market research.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to drive progressive sales growth.

Required profile

• Intermediate/High school certificate with at least 1 year of banking experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of non‑banking experience.
• Eligibility to work in the UAE; nationality preferred: Indian, Filipino, or Sri Lankan.
• Fluent English communication skills.
