About the role

Join La Petite Maison as the Bar Manager for a brand‑new beachfront restaurant in Dubai. You will lead a premium bar team, delivering the signature French‑Mediterranean hospitality that LPM is known for, while creating a vibrant, seaside experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Lead, train, and develop a motivated bar team.
• Collaborate on the creation of cocktail and drinks menus.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Maintain presentation standards and drive bar revenue.

Required profile

• Proven bar management experience in a premium venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology.
• Leadership skills with a focus on training and motivation.
• Solid understanding of stock management and cost control.
• Fluent English communication.
