About the role
We are seeking a Barista to deliver prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests at Raffles the Palm Dubai, ensuring high‑quality coffee preparation and an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, inform them about daily specials, answer questions, take orders and process payments.
- Promote coffee consumption by educating customers on coffee varieties, brewing methods and equipment.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages and pastries, following standard recipes for espresso, latte, cappuccino and specialty drinks.
- Sell coffee products and brewing equipment, explaining differences in beans and preparation methods.
- Generate revenue by attracting new customers and suggesting complementary products.
Required profile
- Minimum 24 months of experience in a similar barista or coffee service role.
