Barista

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our Food & Beverage team in Dubai. You will work in a high‑end hospitality environment, delivering premium coffee and beverage experiences to our guests while upholding the brand’s standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea.
• Maintain consistently high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
• Take and accurately process guest orders and payments.
• Keep the bar and work areas clean, hygienic, and well‑organized.
• Ensure coffee machines, equipment, and utensils are properly maintained and cleaned.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Follow hotel standards, food safety regulations, and departmental procedures.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a 5‑star hotel, luxury restaurant, café or high‑end hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
