Beauty Advisor – Retail Sales & Customer Service

About the role

The Beauty Advisor represents the brand by delivering exceptional customer service and leveraging deep product knowledge to maximize sales. This role creates a welcoming environment, offers personalized beauty consultations, and supports overall store operations and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations, product recommendations, and makeup or skincare demonstrations to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Drive sales by promoting and upselling products, encouraging enrollment in the Club Apparel Loyalty Program, and meeting individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge on trends, launches, and ingredients, and represent the brand’s ethos consistently.
• Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, visual merchandising, and execution of in‑store events.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare and current beauty trends, with hands‑on experience applying makeup or skincare products.
• Proven customer‑service skills in a retail environment, ability to build rapport and deliver personalized recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; professional grooming that reflects the brand image.
• Preferably a background in cosmetology, skincare or formal training in makeup (not mandatory).
