Bell Attendant Driver

About the role

The Bell Attendant Driver supports guest arrivals and departures at Avani Deira Dubai Hotel, providing courteous service at the bell desk and assisting with luggage and transportation needs. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth coordination of guest services.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate all guest needs and handle all guest inquiries.
• Participate in the effective day‑to‑day operation at the Bell service desk.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel products and services, including room types, rates, food and beverage outlets, spa, health club, promotions and other properties.
• Ensure the lobby area is always clean and tidy.
• Greet and acknowledge all guests politely and friendly.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide luggage storage service.
• Coordinate delivery of messages and items to guest rooms.
• Assist guests who require special attention.
• Complete all other shift duties as outlined on shift checklist.
• Assist in ensuring transportation arrangements work perfectly, coordinating taxis, private vehicles, limousines and other vehicles.
• Assist other hotel areas when required.
