About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Bellboy to join our Guest Relations team at Radisson Collection in Dubai. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and delivering memorable experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, acting as their personal guide and “superhero” during their stay.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, ensuring a seamless journey from check‑in to check‑out.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain smooth operations of the Guest Services area.
• Maintain a positive, patient, and empathetic attitude at all times.
• Support the Guest Relations team in delivering the brand promise “Every Moment Matters”.

Required profile

• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Positive “Yes I Can!” attitude and a natural, friendly smile.

Required skills

• Experience with the Opera Property Management System (preferred).
