About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Bellboy who speaks Russian to join the Front Office team at our resort in Fujairah. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and receive guests in a professional, friendly manner, exceeding expectations.
- Transport guest luggage between arrival points, rooms, and departure points.
- Handle guest messages, mail, and packages promptly and accurately.
- Deliver morning newspapers and other guest deliveries without delay.
- Maintain clear communication with all hotel departments to ensure smooth service.
- Keep the concierge desk and store room clean, tidy, and well‑organized.
- Use the Opera guest profile system to stay updated on guest preferences and hotel services.
Required profile
- Diploma in hospitality or vocational training in hotel concierge services.
- Fluent Russian and good English communication skills.
- Physically fit, proactive, courteous and customer‑focused.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
