About the role
Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is looking for a Bellman to join its Guest Services team. The Bellman will ensure a smooth and memorable arrival and departure experience by handling luggage, escorting guests, and supporting the Doorman.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and act as a hotel ambassador.
- Assist with luggage handling, delivery to rooms, and secure storage.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing brief hotel and room tours.
- Support the Doorman with vehicle loading and unloading.
- Coordinate guest requests with the Concierge and other departments.
- Maintain security of departmental keys, radios, and access devices; complete required logbooks and control sheets.
- Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.
