Bellman – Guest Services & Luggage Assistant

About the role

As a Bellman at Accor’s Pullman hotel in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless arrival and departure experience. You will handle luggage, coordinate transport within the property, and share information about the resort’s facilities and local attractions, contributing to memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist with luggage handling, transporting bags safely to guest rooms.
• Provide clear information on resort amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
• Arrange and coordinate internal transportation such as buggies or shuttle services, ensuring timely and safe transfers.
• Escort guests to their rooms, highlighting key features and amenities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
