Bellman

About the role

The Bellman provides first‑impression guest service at the Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless assistance throughout the stay. You will operate the bell desk, support luggage handling, and coordinate guest transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and acknowledge their arrival.
• Assist with luggage, provide storage, and arrange delivery of messages or items to rooms.
• Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area at all times.
• Coordinate transportation services, including taxis, private vehicles, and limousines.
• Provide information on hotel products, services, rates, and promotions.
• Support other hotel departments as needed and complete shift checklist duties.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Friendly, courteous, and professional appearance.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage safely.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
