About the role

Join La Petite Maison as the Beverage Manager for its upcoming beachfront restaurant in Dubai. You will be responsible for shaping the complete drinks experience, from cocktail creation to wine selection, ensuring it matches the brand’s celebrated hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full beverage offer across bar and wine
• Build and refresh cocktail and drinks menus
• Lead, coach and develop the bar team
• Manage stock, suppliers and cost control
• Drive beverage revenue and uphold quality standards
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor leadership

Required profile

• Proven experience leading beverage operations in a premium venue
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine
• Commercial acumen for costs and margins
• Leadership ability to develop people
• Fluent English
