About the role
Elite Management Training Institute (EMTI) is seeking a full‑time bilingual marketer to design and execute campaigns that raise awareness of EMTI services, drive sales and increase profitability. The role combines strategic planning, advertising, public relations and event coordination in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and monitor advertising and public‑relations campaigns.
- Organise market research and analyse campaign performance.
- Develop product and service concepts, manage distribution and sponsorship activities.
- Generate new prospects, improve client retention and manage territory growth.
- Conduct competitive analysis and support financial planning and strategy.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated with confidence, determination and the capacity to handle rejection.
- Effective teamwork and independent work skills.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities.
- Professional business sense and a client‑focused attitude.
