Branch Accountant – Finance Support Specialist

About the role

The Finance Support Specialist provides comprehensive after‑sales financial support, focusing on revenue collection, accounts receivable, and credit control for Al‑Futtaim Automotive. The role ensures accurate payment handling, compliance with financial protocols, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments through multiple methods, manage cheques, and ensure daily deposits and reconciliations in SAP.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up overdue invoices, and maintain the credit customer database.
• Handle bounced cheques, refunds, and conduct surprise cash counts to ensure cash integrity.
• Support Opex/Capex reporting, generate ARIBA spend reports, and assist in forecasting and government claim monitoring.
• Maintain fixed‑asset register, oversee insurance renewals, and archive documents for audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to manage accounts receivable, invoice processing, and credit control.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
