Branch Supervisor

About the role

The Branch Supervisor will lead the daily operations of our Dubai centre, ensuring compliance with Dubai Health Authority regulations while delivering a first‑class client experience. This full‑time position combines operational oversight, staff management and sales growth responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch activities, including front‑desk operations, opening/closing procedures and facility upkeep.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance and shift coverage to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DHA salon regulations through regular internal audits and maintenance of licences, hygiene and safety standards.
• Drive retail and service sales by coaching the team on product knowledge, promotions and upselling techniques.
• Monitor appointment scheduling, inventory levels and stock availability to maximise efficiency and revenue.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints and online reviews, implementing corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
• Conduct team meetings, provide coaching, performance feedback and address disciplinary matters.
• Identify local marketing opportunities to increase footfall and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or service‑oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of DHA or similar health‑authority compliance requirements.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Ability to analyse sales data and implement improvement actions.
• Effective communication and team‑building skills.
