Brand Executive

About the role

Kitopi is seeking a Brand Executive to own end‑to‑end brand strategy and performance across multiple markets in its fast‑growing food‑tech business. The role will ensure brand consistency, scalability and strong consumer relevance while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy and performance plans across several markets.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning for brand launches, menu innovations and seasonal campaigns based on consumer insights.
• Analyse sales, conversion, ratings and customer feedback to drive data‑led decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize brand performance on delivery aggregators in partnership with Customer Success and Performance Marketing.
• Collaborate with chefs, operations, supply chain, finance, tech and product teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Co‑own menu and product roadmaps, focusing on menu engineering, quality and consistency.
• Monitor competitive landscape and category trends to refine positioning.
• Maintain the brand calendar and conduct performance reviews to apply learnings to future launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years experience in brand management, growth marketing or commercial roles within F&B, hospitality or consumer sectors.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
• Proven project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment with high attention to detail.
