Public Relations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Public Relations Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy tailored to the Middle East market, building the company’s reputation across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a PR and communications strategy for the Middle East.
• Build and maintain relationships with key regional media, influencers, bloggers, and industry analysts in both Arabic and English.
• Lead media outreach, including press releases, conferences, briefings, and exclusive interviews.
• Secure positive coverage in top‑tier regional publications and broadcast channels.
• Act as the company’s local spokesperson and manage all media inquiries.
• Identify and manage potential PR crises, protecting the company’s reputation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results and media mentions.
• Organize and manage PR events such as press launches and corporate announcements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• 5+ years of PR experience, with at least 3 years focused on the Middle East market.
• Established relationships with key media outlets in the GCC, especially UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of the Middle East media landscape, cultural nuances and business etiquette.
• Experience in crisis management and issue resolution.
• Proven track record of successful PR campaigns in the region.
