Brand Manager – Regional (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to join our Regional Brand team in Dubai, driving Talabat’s brand identity across eight markets. The role focuses on building brand love among customers, vendors, and employees while shaping brand‑centric initiatives and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own a unified brand platform, developing a creative idea and occasion‑led operating system for all campaigns and partnerships.
• Drive brand presence on emerging high‑impact channels and create a test‑and‑learn model for owned social to boost engagement.
• Own the regional partnership and sponsorship pipeline, identifying culturally relevant opportunities that enhance brand equity.
• Connect brand investment to commercial outcomes by co‑developing the brand‑to‑performance consumer journey with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop AI‑powered brand tools and intelligence to improve consistency and provide instant access to guidelines and assets.
• Embed AI into team workflows to increase efficiency, capacity, and output quality.
• Transform brand guidance into interactive, searchable tools that empower markets to execute quickly and consistently.
• Maintain visibility of market‑level brand activity through a lightweight monitoring system for shared learnings.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in brand marketing across multiple categories and industries.
• Highly creative, visual communicator comfortable with change and AI‑enhanced workflows.
• Strong problem‑solver who can define, assess, and communicate complex issues clearly.
• Collaborative team player experienced in matrix organisations and virtual communication.
• Excellent relationship, stakeholder, and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Agency background is desirable.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
