Brand & Marketing Internship

About the role

The Brand & Marketing Intern will support Fairmont’s Global Brand & Marketing team in Dubai, assisting with day‑to‑day marketing operations and internal communications. This role offers hands‑on experience in creating and distributing brand assets across a worldwide hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and distributing internal announcements and email communications.
• Create and format brand materials such as presentations, toolkits, and reports for global hotel teams.
• Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, note‑taking, file management and project follow‑ups.
• Maintain and update assets on the brand portal, media library and SharePoint.
• Support marketing campaign coordination, webinars, events and production tasks with suppliers.
• Help with finance processes such as purchase requests, invoice tracking and vendor KYC.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive, self‑motivated approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SharePoint for file and asset management.
