About the role
The Brand Representative engages customers by delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming store atmosphere. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring every shopper feels valued and supported.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experience and respond to shopper needs.
- Maintain store presentation and effective sales‑floor communication.
- Follow asset‑protection and shrink‑prevention policies.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Required profile
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge on the floor.
- Outgoing, stylish, and helpful demeanor.
