About the role

Deloitte’s Brightstar Program offers a part‑time opportunity for high‑performing UAE university students to gain hands‑on experience in a leading professional services firm. You will work alongside project teams, support business development activities, and develop sector‑specific knowledge while contributing to client‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist business development teams in identifying and contacting target companies.
• Support project teams to ensure a superior client experience.
• Gain exposure to deep sector expertise across industries such as Energy, Industrial Resources, Financial Services, and Government.
• Learn innovative data‑analysis techniques and problem‑solving approaches.
• Identify opportunities and challenge conventional thinking within engagements.

Required profile

• Current student at a reputable university with a GPA above 2.5.
• Positive attitude, strong appetite for learning, and ability to work collaboratively.
• UAE national eligibility.
