Business Development Consultant – Tech

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, market‑leading services organisation as a Business Development Consultant focused on technology solutions. You will work independently to identify, pursue and close new opportunities across enterprise, government, semi‑government and high‑growth start‑up sectors in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through networking, prospecting and market engagement.
• Develop relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings to understand requirements and position suitable technology services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft client‑focused solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reporting.
• Represent the business at industry and networking events across the UAE.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development or technology sales experience within the UAE.
• Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Established network across enterprise, government or technology sectors.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Highly commercial, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
