Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support a leading law firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will drive new client opportunities, enhance the firm’s market presence and collaborate closely with partners and practice groups.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage compelling proposals and pitches for fast‑turnaround bids, strategic panels and other opportunities.
• Maintain and update practice collateral, experience lists and related resources to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Produce and oversee directory and award submissions to raise the firm’s profile and strengthen practitioner brands.
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring client needs, industry trends and regional insights.
• Support the firm’s business development strategy, influencing internal stakeholders and coordinating cross‑office collaboration.
• Lead or assist in the development, execution and monitoring of regional client plans.
• Capture client feedback, identify cross‑selling opportunities and feed intelligence back to partners.
• Conduct structured market, sector and competitor intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of business development experience within a law firm, preferably focused on the Middle East.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under pressure.
• Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
