Business Development Executive

About the role

Intelligent Partners is seeking a Business Development Executive to accelerate growth of its educational consultancy services in the region. The role focuses on generating new leads, building partnerships, and supporting senior management with sales collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects through personal networks, cold‑calling and market research.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create sales and marketing materials.
• Track leads, follow up diligently, and manage partnership relationships from inception to execution.
• Assist in achieving revenue targets and profitability goals.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline status.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in sales, business development or partnership development.
• Strong communication skills, high energy and a results‑driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree with a good academic record.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work long hours in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
