About the role
HOSTXPERT is a short‑term vacation‑rental property management company operating in Dubai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving property acquisition and expanding the portfolio of owners whose assets are managed on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business‑development plans that generate revenue growth.
- Generate high‑quality leads through personal networks and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents and other key stakeholders.
- Sign new properties under HOSTXPERT’s management and oversee owner onboarding.
- Manage and grow existing owner accounts to maximise their revenue.
- Track sales performance and continuously improve the pipeline.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real‑estate sales, brokerage or property management.
- Proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
- Self‑motivated, commission‑ready and able to work independently.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to the UAE.
